Alsatian

The Alsatian name comes from the name Alsace, this is a German French border area, Alsace-Lorraine was a territory created by the German Empire in 1871. Most of Alsace and the Moselle department of Lorraine were annexed by the German Empire after the victory in the Franco-Prussian War. Now the Alsatian are also known as The German Shepherd. Alsatian-German Shepherd are a big strong powerful dog, they also very intelligent, ranking number 3 in top 10 most intelligent dogs in the world. The Alsatians-German Shepherds become the world's leading police, security guard, and military dogs. Been an intelligent dog breed and they can easily learn what you teach them, they also make good house dogs because of their calm nature and caring temperament. Alsatians-German Shepherds are also very loyal and protective to their owners and family, but make sure you give your  Alsatian-German Shepherd puppies proper training and socializing at a young age, if they going to be around children, and never leave your children alone with your Alsatians-German Shepherds, especially when their eating, as with most dog breeds, they can become protective of their food.
